Same Day Delivery
Traffords/416Courier offers same day delivery between all towns and cities in Eastern Ontario such as Ottawa, Kemptville, Brockville, Perth, Smith Falls , Orleans, Rockland, Arnprior, Carleton Place etc. Packages are usually delivered within 1 to 3 hours. The map on the homepage shows our standard service area and we also offer same day delivery outside of this area, including Montreal, Kingston, Toronto and beyond.
The deadline for guaranteed same day delivery depends upon the location for all pick-ups outside of Ottawa, or for deliveries outside of the area on the map on the homepage. For pick-ups in Ottawa being delivered within the area on the map, you should call before 1 pm to guarantee same day delivery, although if you call after 1 pm, delivery is still possible but will depend on each day’s schedule.
Same Day and Next Day Return
We deliver your package and will wait up to 10 minutes for a return package with no extra charge. The return package is delivered the same day or the next day, depending on the return location, additional costs will apply for a return.

Our same day return service applies to delivery areas on the homepage map, and depend on our schedule. Each day is different, sometimes weather and other factors make the schedule difficult to predict and for the safety of our drivers, some returns may be the next day.
Store Purchases or Returns
We know that there are some things you just can’t buy in the small towns but you need them anyway so we offer our Store Purchase service for your convenience.
Call before 1 pm and we will pick up your item from the store and deliver it to you the SAME DAY. Our terms are cash on delivery for items up to $100. For items more than $100 you must prearrange payment with the store.
Court/Registry Office Filings/Service of Documents
For an additional fee of $25 on top of the delivery cost, we will file documents on your behalf at any Registry Office or Courthouse, or serve your documents and have the Affidavit provided by you signed and commissioned. (Additional charges will apply for more than one attempt of service)
Monthly itemized billing
We provide monthly invoices by email detailing each delivery date, delivery/pick-up location, business name and your office reference/tracking number itemized.

The Extra Mile
We go the extra mile for our customers on a regular basis with our wide standard service area and even wider special service area that extends as far as Montreal, Kingston, Toronto and beyond.
We do the little things that most courier companies do not. For example we will wait up to 10 minutes for return deliveries or store purchases with no extra charge. We will also call you to confirm your delivery if required. For your convenience, we provide a monthly itemized bill.
